ABOUT ME:
I am an experienced researcher and analyst with a record of processing, analysing, and bringing to publication large volumes of data; as an employee for various academic institutions, and as a career researcher. I enjoy solving complex problems and I have applied this passion to help a wide range of people and institutions around the world for the last 11 years. I am also a guest editor for the Journal of Zoological and Botanical Gardens, and a regular reviewer for Animals, Diversity, Mathematics, and the Journal of Marine Science and Engineering.

TESTIMONIALS:
Dr. Alex Piel
Associate Professor Department of Anthropology, Faculty of Social & Historical Sciences, University College London |
"Our project is plagued by collecting more behavioural and ecological data than we can possibly manage, nonetheless query. We thus solicited James’s input on how to better organise long-term (15+ years) phonological data as a start. Not only did James clean, re-organise, and make accessible these data, but he built a web-based platform that makes the database query-able from us or collaborators - something we never could have achieved. This has transformed how we process and oversee our data now, and hope to use this as template for other datasets as well. Forever indebted!"

“James pulled us out of what can only be described as a statistics hole when we were struggling to get our models running appropriately. He worked extremely efficiently and furthered our understanding as well as offering a solution. We would recommend him to anyone looking for statistical support”.
